ATC Live Intern Placement Scheme x Chris Meredith Foundation
After the success of our placement scheme with Route in 2023, who support young people from marginalised backgrounds to pursue a career in the music industry. We have created The Chris Meredith Foundation x ATC Live Placement scheme which will provide one young person with real life work experience at a national Booking Agency. After the 6 month placement at ATC Live the candidate will gain an understanding of the inner workings of themusic industry and roles within it. This is a paid placement and a requirement is that the candidate has no official music industry experience (own projects are permitted). ATC has committed to training an individual across all aspects of the booking agency world, with theidea that they will walk away with the skills of what is traditionally known as a General Agency Assistant as well as an all round Agency knowledge.

Chris Meredith Foundation
The Chris Meredith Foundation works in partnership with organisations and charities,providing grants and funding mechanisms to support initiatives. Their focus is on two things– supporting underprivileged musicians, and anyone within the music industry facing Mental Health difficulties.

Ministry Of Sound : Talent Booker
We are seeking a Talent Booker to join the Ministry of Sound team.

You will be reporting to the Talent & Promotions Manager and will form an integral and pivotal part of the Club Marketing & Promotions team. You will provide key support to Marketing, ensuring the strong bridge required within the team for effective delivery. You will ensure all staff within the Club team are completely joined up and effective, managing the communication, briefing and Artist delivery with all Ops and night-time activity, securing feedback after events for improvement.

You will assist in the strategic development and securing of Talent bookings, logistics and relationship management and have full responsibility for the sourcing and management of sub-promoters, identifying with the team both need (according to projected trade) and content / partners.

The Cause :  Programming & Promotions Assistant
The Cause are looking for a forward thinking bookings & Promotions Assistant with a passion for music, culture, arts, food and drink to assist in programming our portfolio of venues including clubs, bars and pubs across London.

The successful applicant will work on programming a range of exciting venues, researching and sourcing new promoters, networks and communities to engage with, as well as working on the marketing and promotion of these.

This is not a role for strictly booking DJs but bringing a diverse range of activity to our sites, ranging from comedy to art, fashion shows, markets, live entertainment, club-nights, corporate events and more. This role is perfect for someone with some bookings, music, clubbing and event promotion experience and a hunger to carve out a career in a forward-thinking company.

The Cause : General Staff
You will work as a part of our flexible bar & front of house team, providing excellent customer service in an efficient manner. Our team members are able to work on the bar; pour and mixing drinks to a high standard as well as work on the floor in customer-facing roles on the door, running drinks and managing customer enquiries. Our staff are also responsible for the weekly construction and deconstruction of our event site, and assisting in the production of our events when necessary. We are looking for people that want to play a part in all aspects of running an influential venue, and build a career in club culture.

Music Declares Emergency : Festivals Coordinator
Music Declares Emergency are looking for a capable, confident and enthusiastic Festival Team Coordinator to oversee our NO MUSIC ON A DEAD PLANET campaign stall at festivals across the UK this summer. The stalls will encourage festival goers to sign up to the NO MUSIC ON A DEAD PLANET movement and distribute information on the campaign alongside our hugely popular temporary tattoos. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent an important and respected campaign and be on site at the UK’s best music festivals.

The successful applicant will manage all aspects of the stall and our volunteer teams for the following events: British Summer Time (Hyde Park), Boomtown, Reading and Leeds, Forwards

Duties will include pre-event organisation, online volunteer training, stall set up and take down, volunteer management and co-ordination and reporting to the MDE core team post event.
