MCPR is seeking a Trainee PR Agent to join the team to assist with the management of a stable of clients in the electronic music industry. This is an opportunity to gain experience working with a variety of artists, record labels and brands from all levels of the music industry.

Initially on a 3 month freelance probation period, this role will be a role requiring around 15-20 hours per week on a flexible time basis. As such this would suit a university student looking for industry experience or a recent graduate looking for a doorway into the music industry.

Sony x Nordoff Robbins Bursary Training
Sony Music UK is offering four bursaries for musicians interested in training to become a music therapist via the masters programme run by music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins.
Each bursary covers the full £10,000 cost of studying the degree course, which is validated by Goldsmiths, University Of London. Graduates of the two year programme can subsequently apply to the Health And Care Professions Council for registration as a music therapist.

Abbey Road Scholarship Programme for Black Students
Abbey Road Studios is offering a Scholarship for two black students to study at Abbey Road Institute London, followed by a year-long engineering work placement at the world-famous studios. The Scholarship covers the full cost of the course fees and a contribution towards living expenses for two black students to study on our Advanced Diploma in Music Production and Sound Engineering in June 2021. Upon successful completion of the course, the two graduates will progress into a year-long trainee role within Abbey Road Studios.
